It is asked and appreciated by the whole of the pack that no one member reproduces any of ACP's unique ideas for their own pack. This includes things such as:

• ACP's front post pack layout
  
• Any sections of the first post [may not be posted for another pack almost word for word]
  
• Special rank names [The indian theme]
  
• Special RolePlay happenings [such as the Indian RP event that is coming up]

Anyone is more than welcome to contact either Yana or Sethos if they have a question about something that may or may not be used for another pack. If you ask nicely to use one of ACP's unique ideas you could be granted permission. We just don't like it when people go and use our ideas without asking.

It is realized that we can not go and say we own any ideas, however if you want a unique pack please make up your own unique ideas instead of using the ideas thought up by the ACP pack.

If you are browsing our pack thread in search of ideas for your new pack or your current pack, turn around and head back to the Pack Central forum. No one, but ourselves, the Agates, has the right to use our ideas that we have worked very hard to create for our group. To steal, alter, or rip-off our original ideas and/or our thread's format is not right. We aren't here to be mean about this, but we aren't going to stand by and let other take credit for what truly belongs to us. Be original if you want your pack to succeed, don't steal ideas from others because I can guarantee you that it will not help your own pack. You may ask for permission to use a modification of our ideas here.

Even if you do ask to use an idea and your request is accepted, you cannot use the word-for-word idea for your own pack. Please modify it before using it and give the Agates some credit for the original idea.
